I’m so thrilled to report that I finally got around to making jam at home yesterday – something I’d wanted to do for ages. I made a strawberry jam that turned out absolutely gorgeous in colour, flavour and texture. 🙂

That’s super easy actually…i let some water boil…then add sugar to taste and slice the strawberries in half…then leave it to cook on simmer till it thickens and strawberries are soft…blend this and pass through a strainer to remove seeds..that’s it…then you can make milk shakes whenever you want
