Surprised!

How would you feel when you returned home, after an incredibly stressful day, to find an assortment of heavenly-smelling hand-made soaps and a very peaceful-looking Buddha idol waiting for you?

Surprised, right?

And when you come to know that they are from a blog friend as an advance birthday gift?

Elated?

And when you realise that she not only bothered to remember your birthday, but also went to the trouble of reading through your wishlist on your blog, to gift you something you would really like?

And that she remembered that you had said, you don’t even remember when, that you liked hand-made soaps?

And that she made elaborate arrangements to ensure that the gift reached you?

Touched, without a doubt.

Those are the emotions I am feeling now, all due to this wonderful, sweet girl. Thank you, Happy Feet! 🙂

I am loving the scent that the soaps have been filling my living room with. Every single person who has entered my house in the last two days has asked me about it. Only, everyone feels like eating them, just like I do. 🙂

The Buddha now supervises my little collection of Ganeshas.

I must say, my birthday has begun on a great note this year! 🙂
